Down 3.3 lbs since last week. Maybe because I actually worked out, albeit gently, a few times this past week. We took a lovely walk last evening, for about 20 minutes.
I feel like I did well with eating today. Not out of control. Not stuffed. Satisfied. It's a nice feeling!

I'm finding that I'm boucning around within a five-pound range, too. I think this is a great start to eating intuitively, because it's proof that we're not eating out of control and gaining tons of weight without a diet to control us.
And yes, it is nice to feel comfortably full or satisfied instead of waistband-bursting stuffed. I think I can get used to this!
